Digital Art + Animation Art Club Day
Thursday 16th Oct

Join us for a fun packed creative art club day this October holiday of the summer holidays where Submarine will be staging a full week of holiday art clubs themed around Digital Art + Animation.
We will be setting fun and creative new Digital Art, Graphic Design and Animation projects and tutorials using Procreate and procreate dreams software.
Learn how to turn your pencil drawings into full colour digital illustrations, how to create stop frame animations with your own characters and stories. Explore modern graphic art techniques to create posters, digital collage and comics.
Using Procreate Dreams we will be rotoscoping animation over live action films, develop editing skills and adding sound effects to your animated scenes.

Tutorials in Procreate and Procreate Dreams
The day will be split into a morning and afternoon session and we will take a break for lunch where the kids can relax, eat and hopefully enjoy some sunshine outside. We will also be playing some inspiring short animated films.
Refreshments will be provided but we ask all participants to please bring their own packed lunch/snacks.
Participants will be grouped together by age so they can make friends and enjoy being creative with their peers in a safe and fun atmosphere!
All work created will be uploaded to our online workshop galleries page for you to view, download and share.
These art clubs will be led by Tom Ellis and Charlotte Pang, and assisted by the Submarine Team.
All our tutors and assistants are PVG registered and experienced at working with children.
