For people who are already working on a picture-book manuscript, the Picture Book Writing Project Group offers a relaxed but structured environment for developing and strengthening your stories.
Through a combination of independent work, tutor-led presentations and discussions, and peer critiques, students will get to grips with revision and editing, the nitty-gritty of manuscript presentation, and the options for getting your finished story out into the world. This is a great opportunity to keep yourself accountable and get feedback on your work in an enthusiastic and supportive environment.
The Picture Book Writing Group is a perfect follow-on for anyone who's attended the Introduction to Picture Book Writing course at Submarine.
Block 1: 8 weeks starting Monday 17th August
