Sculpture + Model-making
New Autumn programme starts Friday 22nd August 2025.
Available to book full 17 week term or in 2 x half term blocks
Making things is fun!
For all those crafty kids who love to design and build, this practical art class offers the opportunity to play with form and materials in a relaxed and creative environment.
We will be working with clay, plaster, paper and card, mod roc, wireframes, wood, textiles and more as we encourage the kids to experiment with three dimensional shapes, designing and making their own models and bring their imaginations to life with fantastic sculpture projects.
This term we will be exploring new themed projects including fashion design, street art, 3D printing, architecture and product design. The course will include individual and group projects as we dive in and explore the endless possibilities of sculpture, design and model-making.
Not to be missed!
The course will be led by Submarine tutors Sorin Bath and Tom Ellis.
All materials and equipment provided. Please wear suitable clothing as it can get a bit messy!
MEET YOUR TUTOR
Sorin Bath
I am a multimedia artist, specialising in motorised electronic art. I've studied drawing, painting and sculpture, and am a graduate from Edinburgh College of Art - I'm looking forward to introducing more people to electronic and multimedia art.
