Megan is an illustrator currently based in Edinburgh. She graduated from Gray's School of Art with a BA Hons in Communication Design specialising in Illustration, and went on to study her Masters in Children's Book Illustration at Cambridge School of Art.
Megan's work focuses on celebrating kind, funny and unique characters. She loves to reminisce on childhood while illustrating to create warm, nostalgic stories. Her work has been recognised by several awards including The World Illustration Awards, Walker's Picture This!, and the Macmillan Prize for Illustration. Her work uses traditional methods and mixed media, particularly oil pastels, watercolours and pencils. Megan enjoys making learning about illustration accessible and friendly.
