An introduction to drawing and painting
New Autumn Course starts Weds 29th October
During this course we'll learn some techniques to approach drawing and painting, with beginner-friendly exercises. The second half of the course will be used to turn your drawings into more developed paintings.
We'll have sessions focused on drawing approaches, image-making, texture, underpainting and more.
Our tutor, Sorin, will work with you to create a series of paintings and drawings, whether you're a complete beginner or already enjoying drawing.

Join us for this creative and relaxed 6 week course which will take pace at our beautiful Submarine Art Studios on Henderson Row, Edinburgh.

Sorin Bath
I am a multimedia artist, specialising in motorised electronic art. I've studied drawing, painting and sculpture, and am a graduate from Edinburgh College of Art - I'm looking forward to introducing more people to electronic and multimedia art.
